Drumduan school is looking for skilled, enthusiastic, creative and experienced educators and leaders to continue strengthening and building our passionate and talented staff body. We are a pioneering school- leading the way on Integrative Education qualifications in the Upper School and delivering an inspiring and forward-looking Waldorf education.

Drumduan School is situated in Moray, in the north of Scotland. Although the school lies within the small town of Forres, it's feel and surroundings are rural. The school sits between the mountains of the Cairngorms and the sea of the Moray Firth in Moray's unique warm, dry microclimate. Alongside the beautiful scenery of the area, there are also thriving towns such as Nairn and Elgin where one can find all the amenities, shopping and hospitality, with numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants, plentiful supermarkets, and a thriving arts scene with galleries, music nights and year-round music festivals and events. The Findhorn Foundation is just down the road from Findhorn, adding greatly to the alternative and international feel of the area.

Drumduan School is committed to Safeguarding and Welfare of all children. All employees will be vetted for suitability to work with children and young people, and all appointments will be subject to the following:

  • Satisfactory PVG Disclosure
  • Satisfactory references
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
  • GTCS/SSSC Registration Eligibility (for Teaching roles)
