Are you passionate about early childhood, family engagement, and Steiner/Waldorf education? South Devon Steiner School is seeking a dedicated Parent and Child Lead to join our vibrant and supportive community in our beautiful setting

.

You will:

Lead and develop our inspiring parent-and-child (early-years) programme

Plan and deliver weekly sessions for infants and toddlers, focusing on play, rhythm, crafts, and storytelling

Support parents as they learn more about Waldorf principles and responsive caregiving

Build warm, inclusive relationships with families

Design seasonal festivals and community events

We’re looking for someone with:

Experience in Steiner/Waldorf early childhood practice and group facilitation

Child development knowledge and a creative, nurturing approach

Strong communication and organisational skills
