The details of this role are as follows:
Working hours: 4 hours per week on Wednesdays and Friday mornings - hours to be determined with the Market Gardener
Contract Type: Fixed term 22 April 2025 – 31 July 2025 potentially extended to October 2025
Salary: £12.21 per Hour
Start date: 22 April 2025
Probationary period: 2 weeks
Description of Duties:
• All aspects of production- sowing, transplanting, weeding, pruning, watering, harvesting, packing, and dealing with wholesale and retail customers
• General maintenance and upkeep off the garden
• Compost making, building compost heaps and compost application
