We have an exciting opportunity to join our Early Childhood Team in our purpose built, CADW listed building in the heart of rural Pembrokeshire. This is a role for those who have a passion for working with young children in a holistic and nurturing environment. We welcome applications from those who are experienced practitioners or those new to the Steiner-Waldorf approach with a willingness to gain relevant childcare qualifications and develop their knowledge and understanding.
Our setting is nestled within the extensive grounds of Nant-y-Cwm Steiner School and the children regularly explore the outdoors in our grounds, local woodland and footpaths. The Kindergarten is housed in a grass roofed roundhouse with cosy nooks and alcoves that facilitate creative and imaginary play. We support staff to undertake professional development through mentoring, supervision and external qualifications and courses.
